Locally, Lisa aids clients in Texas with direct representation and robust legal guides. She covers a wide range of topics, including estate planning, business law and considerations for agricultural industries. Horse Law has become particularly important to ensure these animals are properly cared for after their owners’ passing.

Globally, Lisa provides guidance on international transactions, acquisitions and compliance. Her Texas Remote Online Notary license allows her to officiate transactions worldwide, especially documents used in immigration and inheritance.

Education and Pre-Law

Lisa Renee Wilcox became interested in law while operating the Vinoy Hotel’s Merchand Bar in St. Petersburg Florida. The complexities of liquor law, overtures from local organized crime and a dramatic Eminent Domain action showed her the value of an air-tight legal plan.

Mrs. Wilcox graduated with her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2002. In 2003, she obtained a certificate of International Intellectual Property Law from Tulane Law School. She graduated with honors with a Master of Law (LL.M.) in International and Business Law from Stetson University College of Law. Shortly afterward, Lisa started her Florida law firm, Wilcox Law, PA, to assist business and property clients in St. Petersburg, Florida.
